Research projects
Hybrid work environments demand collaboration between people in and out of the office. Within this collaboration, there is an expectation for employees to take advantage of freedoms and flexibilities and to shape workdays as they see fit. Simultaneously, companies and managers struggle to provide structure and keep productivity high.
This is where our study comes in, taking into account both the perspective of employees inside and outside the office, as well as the perspective of managers and organizations and the design possibilities of hybrid working.
We therefore invite you and your employees to share your experiences with us in order to master the challenge of hybrid working together. Please share the call for the study with your managers and their employees, as separate consideration here in particular is of great value!
The results of the study will be presented at the NIK Digital Leadership conference in May. The goal is to highlight the challenges and opportunities and to jointly develop a kind of “code of conduct” in order to jointly create tangible added value here. We will then be happy to send the results to all participants.
Please contact Florian (florian.j.meier@fau.de) with a proposed date for an interview.
